The young winner of the Tour de France, confined to Colombia like all of his compatriots, will be able to resume training, under certain conditions. Indeed, the mayor of the municipality of Zipaquira, Wilson leonar garcia, gave an exemption to city professionals to allow them to train outdoors. However, they will have to respect strict conditions : only train inside the city, and between 5 and 8 hours of the morning. Binding conditions, but which will allow Brandon Rivera, Diego Vasquez, Diyer Rincon or Camilo Castiblanco to resume training in a more thorough way. A news much appreciated by the rider of the Ineos team, who will be able to benefit from this exemption to speed up their preparation for the Tour de France held at the end of August. Other Colombian, as Nairo Quintana, Miguel Angel López ou encore Esteban Chaves, will still not be able to train outdoors, they will therefore have to be patient before returning to a more usual preparation
