The World Tour event won last year by Mathieu Van Der Poel ahead of Anthony Turgis will not take place this season. Indeed, the organizers have decided, in agreement with the municipality of Waregem, not to organize the race this year, due to the current health crisis. A cancellation that weakens an additional structure, at a time when teams, organizers and runners face many uncertainties regarding their near future.
